Physio4Kids & Young Adults came to help my son (S) on a recommendation from an educational psychologist. He had so little confidence in his abilities he would refuse to attempt many tasks, from writing to swimming and many things in between. It was seriously affecting his school work along with his self esteem which was pretty much rock bottom. The help and encouragement from Physio4Kids & Young Adults gave S his self confidence and is now ready to tackle most challenges put his way. All we had to do was carry out a small set of exercises each day with S – 5 minutes over a period of time. Physio4Kids & Young Adults would come to re-assess and make any changes necessary. S’s fine and gross motor skills have improved fantastically well. He writes confidently, his co-ordination is so much better and he can attend to tasks for a longer period of time. He has had a 3 month break from his treatments and on reassessment he has maintained the improvements.
